Having trained under the legendary Marco Pierre White, with over 20 years of experience in the fast-paced world of culinary and hospitality. My career has been an incredible journey—one that’s taken me from the heat of Michelin-starred kitchens to the excitement of crafting unforgettable wedding feasts, private dining experiences, and managing bustling restaurants.
Throughout my journey, I’ve earned a reputation for delivering exceptional food and driving business success. Whether it’s designing mouthwatering menus packed with seasonal flair, inspiring and leading talented teams, or orchestrating large-scale events with seamless precision, I pour my heart and soul into every dish, every detail, and every experience.
My Journey…
I’ve been fortunate to work in some of the most celebrated kitchens and venues, including Michelin-starred and Rosette-awarded establishments. Along the way, I took on the exciting challenge of running my own catering company, Fish Face Events, where I catered over 100 events a year and proudly won Dorset’s Best Wedding Caterer in 2014.
From private chef stints in luxury ski chalets to curating stunning wedding breakfasts for over 200 guests, I’ve always been passionate about creating unforgettable moments through food. My expertise spans from crafting innovative menus and improving operational efficiency to building and inspiring exceptional teams.
